How the Supply Exchange works

See what's about to expire

Every facility gets a live view of its own stock, ranked by how close each item is to its expiry date. The supplies most likely to be wasted rise to the top, so nothing quietly ages out on a shelf.

Your shelf, by expiry risk.

Your dashboard lists the supplies and devices on hand at your facility, color-coded by urgency — expired, critical (within 30 days), and warning (within 90 days). Quantity, lot, and exact expiry date are visible at a glance, soonest first.

List surplus, or post what you need.

From any at-risk item, list it on the exchange in one step so another facility can claim it. Short on something instead? Post a request to the network. Every facility is both a supplier and a requester — there are no buyers or sellers, just shared inventory.

Claim, supply, and transfer

When a facility claims a listing or fills a request, the system handles the hand-off as an internal transfer between facilities — no purchase orders, no outside vendors, and nothing leaves the health system.

Claim from the network.

Browse what other facilities have listed and claim what you can use, or supply against an open request from your own surplus. The matching transfer is created automatically and routed between the two facilities.

Stock moves only on receipt.

Inventory doesn't change hands until the receiving facility confirms the item arrived. Both facilities' counts stay accurate, and every exchange leaves a clean, auditable trail from listing to delivery.
